Fun at Work Isn’t an Accident—It’s a Choice

Ok—if you haven’t heard by now, I’ve got a book coming out in April called Work Is Fun. The premise? Work can be fun—but it won’t just magically happen.

The good news? Small shifts make a huge difference.

To explore this idea (and, let’s be honest, build a solid bucket of content), I’m sharing 100 ways to make work more fun. Some are obvious, some are weird, and some might completely rewire how you think about work.

I think I’m getting better at this process, but I’m still figuring it out.

Here are the first five tips—let me know what you think.
